Are donations refundable?
All donations to Roti Bank India are voluntary contributions to support our mission of ending hunger. Donations are typically non-refundable as they are immediately used to provide food relief.
When can I get a refund?
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges, technical errors, or if the donation was made under false pretenses. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation.
How long does refund processing take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
What items are non-refundable?
In-kind donations (food, supplies), sponsorships, and event registrations are generally non-refundable. We encourage contacting us first if you have concerns about your contribution.
